Fidget Sensory Muff  Free Pattern

MATERIALS REQUIRED:

• Worsted weight yarn
• 6.5 mm crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• Scissors

ABREVIATIONS:

• Ch - Chain
• Sc - single crochet
• hdc- half double crochet
• sl st - slip stitch
• Bobble stitch - (4-dc Bobble): Yarn over, insert the hook into the stitch (or space as
• described in the pattern), yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, draw through 2 loops on
• hook. (There will be 2 loops on the hook at this point.) Yarn over, insert hook in same
• stitch or space, yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, draw through 2 loops on hook
• 3more times. (There will be 5 loops on hook.) Yarn over, draw through all remaining
• loops on hook.

PATTERN:

Rnd 1: Ch 36, sl st to first ch without twisting

Rnd 2: ch1, hdc in the same st. hdc all around. sl st to beginning hdc. 36 hdc

Rnd 3: & 4: repeat rnd 2

Rnd 5: ch 2, bobble st in same st, sc in next st, "bobble st in next st repeat, sc in next

stitch" till the end, sl st to beg bobble st - 18 bobbles . 

You may want to pop the bobble stich out after each stitch.

Rnd 6 to Rnd 9 : repeat Rnd 2

Rnd 10: repeat rnd 5

Rnd 11 to 14: repeat rnd 2

Rnd 15: repeat rnd 5

Rnd 16 to 19: repeat rnd 2

Rnd 20: repeat rnd 5

Rnd 21 to23 repeat rnd 2

Fasten off and weave in ends. Add tiny embelishments like crochet flowers, curls,

ribbons, pompoms etc to make it more stimulating for the hands
